Refund policy

We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start the return, you can contact info@zanaqerkezi.com. Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

XCHANGE

EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS SENT WITHIN THIS FRAMEWORK ARE ONLY ACCEPTED IF THEY ARE THE SAME MEASURES THAT THE CUSTOMER HAS PREVIOUSLY GIVEN TO US. RETURNS AND EXCHANGE OF DAMAGED PRODUCTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us if the item is restricted or if you entered it in error so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS ARE SPECIAL ORDERS OR CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS.

Also, Zana Qerkezi cannot calculate, bill or collect any taxes, objections, import fees, or amounts or fees related ("Duties") to shipping costs at checkout. You are for the payment of applicable measures. Zana Qerkezi company is not responsible for and does not reimburse any costs or expenses (including return shipping costs) resulting from your refusal or default to pay.

Can I return my order for a return?

Yes, you can return your order under the Zana Qerkezi Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with our product, we will not create a solution for you. You can return the product within 48 hours of receiving it. We'll send you a return label and you'll receive a refund* minus a shipping and handling fee. Returns are only applicable to orders in KOSOVO.

Contraband returns:

Orders are finally completed. Please email info@zanaqerkezi.com and provide your full name, order number and reason for your return and we will definitely help you. On customer returns, customers will be given an online refund card equal to the amount paid for the returned items, minus a 200€ restocking fee. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.
