Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Zana Qerkezi - Fashion Designer. We strive to provide you with the best shipping options, regardless of your location, and we appreciate your business.
We would like to inform you that once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. However, you can send the item back by following the instructions provided on our website. For domestic orders, please allow at least 3-5 business days for order processing and verification. For international orders, please allow at least 5-7 business days for order processing and verification.
Please note that dresses that are out of stock may take anywhere from 1 week up to 2 months to be made again, depending on the dress model. We are unable to change or intercept the shipping address of a package once it has been shipped, and we will only ship to the address provided at checkout, which must match the billing address.
To protect our customers, we have a Fraud Protection Policy that requires all online orders to have identical billing and shipping addresses. Orders with different shipping and billing addresses will not be processed, and we are unable to combine shipping on multiple orders.
We now offer DHL Express for international orders, but please be aware that we will only calculate, invoice, or collect shipping costs at checkout. You will be responsible for paying any applicable taxes, duties, import fees, or related charges ("Duties"). Zana Qerkezi is not responsible for any Duties or costs, including the cost of return shipping, resulting from your refusal or failure to pay Duties.
For international shipments, it typically takes approximately 14-18 business days to receive your package, although it may arrive sooner or later depending on your country's customs department. For expedited international shipment (6-10 business days) with detailed tracking information, please select Priority shipment upon checkout.
After your order processes, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. Once your package ships, you will receive a separate email with tracking information, and you will be able to log into your account to track your order.
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within a few hours after placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once your order has been processed, we are unable to change your address.
